               Texo Properties was created by Mike Sebeniecher after the sub-prime lending meltdown in hopes of helping home owners who were taken advantage of by predatory lenders.  Mike graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Economics and Commerce.  After graduating, Mike went to work for The Ritchie Group LLC  in Baltimore, MD. While at The Ritchie Group LLC, Mike learned the real estate investing game and realized that investors were getting rich at the expense of the struggling home owners. Mike took the knowledge he obtained from The Ritchie Group LLC and began to apply that knowledge, with the home owner in mind. Mike’s strong financial and economic background have been very beneficial in accessing the current real estate trends and dealing with the ever changing mortgage business. Mike encourages his staff to further their education through books, classes, and seminars so that they have the ability and knowledge to deal with any situation that they are faced with. He believes that everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally and the more knowledgeable his staff is, the better equipped they will be to assist your needs.  He hopes to continue to grow and help as many people as possible.
